Rather, it is intended to take an objective look at situations and learn from them. We at Signal 13 are active law enforcement officers who have made our share of mistakes in the heat of the battle on the streets. Subsequently, we have learned that one of the greatest assets you can have in this job is "tough skin" and an ability to accept constructive criticism.
